Hydraulic found below specs
Feb 1 2009, 9:57 PM EST
When i built the same tester gauge set to check my hydraulic pressure, it was only 1700PSI, added (1) shim = to .014" increased pressure to 1845PSI. this was checked at operating temperatures. Reason for testing was that I felt the FEL was not as strong as when first brought home.. Pressure was low than spec. after operating for 100 hrs. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

It should be noted the oil filled gauges should be warm and hydraulic must be at operating temperature before adjusting hydraulic pressure to sepcs. I noticed at least a 40 PSI difference when rechecked are operating temperature!Take your time make small adjustments. 007" Shim = 40 PSI. Do you find this valuable? |

Hi I was wondering where the shims are ? Are they on the relief valve? I have the same problem. I have not looked into it to far yet. Thanks
