Troubleshooting

Unable to shift from Hi to Lo, or between 2WD and 4WD
Tips include:
  • Lube the linkage. Maybe accessible by lifting the seat.
  • Move tractor forward or backward an inch.
  • To engage/disengage front wheels (i.e. 2WD/4WD) try turning/straightening wheels, or lifting front wheels off the ground using the loader.
Binding of the transmission can be caused by the wrong tire pressure causing the wheels to be of the wrong diameter.
