| | There is a hole on each end-plate so you can tie down unwieldy loads or perhaps attach a home-made carryall. |
| Installed on a BX24. The fork clamps on easily (although any tooth bar must be removed). | The fork comes standard as 48", but if you have the LA240 Loader you should discuss with Greg having a custom lengthsize a couple of inches shorter.shorter to 48"allow meansan there"inside isfit". Having the full 48" presents an overlap which can snag on obstaclestrees when reversing. Also the curveprotrusion at the end of theKubota's cutting edge means the 48" fork doesn'tcauses fit as snugly as a shorter one would. You can see the gap between cutting edgeit and the fork's cross-member. This did not cause me any problems during use but an "inside fit" would just be a tad more secure. |
| The build quality seems to be sturdy. Greg estimated the lift capacity as 1000 lbs, which is more than a BX machine would be trying to lift. | The fork is useful for forest floor debris. I'm also hoping to build a carryall that can sit on the fork. |
